TBM (Tunnel Boring Machine) is a large mechanical equipment used for tunnel construction. Its installation and commissioning require professional technicians and equipment, usually including the following steps:
preparation:
Ensure that the installation site has sufficient space and load-bearing capacity.
Prepare necessary lifting equipment, transportation vehicles, and other auxiliary equipment.
Ensure that all components and tools are fully prepared and checked for accuracy.
Installation of structural components and parts:
Follow safety regulations, wear prescribed badges and helmets, and wear safety belts when working at heights.
When using steel ropes for lifting, try to use the corresponding lifting ears (rings) for the lifting weight. When two steel ropes are very close to each other, try to separate them with sleepers to prevent slippage and instability during lifting.
It is strictly prohibited to use obviously damaged steel wire ropes and cloth slings, and they must not be tied and reused.
When lifting components, always obey the commander's orders and avoid multiple commands.
Cleaning and lubrication:
Clean the mating surface, remove rust and paint from the surface, and smooth out any raised welding slag and collision marks.
For precision surfaces, tooth surfaces, and threaded holes, specialized cleaning solution should be used to repeatedly scrub and thoroughly remove dirt and accumulated fluid.
Lubricating grease should be applied to surfaces in relative motion.
Installation of hydraulic system:
Ensure that all components and pipelines of the hydraulic system are installed correctly, avoiding eccentric wear, strain or breakage.
After the system installation is completed, when adding hydraulic oil to the system, it should be filtered multiple times to ensure that the oil quality is clean.
Debugging and testing:
After installation, conduct detailed debugging and testing to ensure that all components and systems can operate normally.
During the testing process, pay attention to observing the operating status of the equipment, and promptly identify and solve problems.
It should be noted that the installation and commissioning of TBM is a complex and dangerous task that must be carried out by professionally trained technicians. Ordinary users do not possess relevant professional knowledge and skills, and it is not recommended to attempt to install and debug TBM on their own.
