Decreased cutting speed or diagonal change: This may be due to synchronous belt over feeding or inconsistent tension on both sides. The solution includes adjusting the tension of the synchronous belt to ensure consistency on both sides.
The cutting line is not transparent or cannot be broken: it may be due to the incorrect angle of the blade wheel or too little blade pressure. The solution is to adjust the angle of the cutter wheel or replace it with a suitable cutter wheel.
Cutting line edge exposure: The reason may be due to lack of oil injection or excessive cutting pressure. The solution is to inject oil and reduce the knife pressure.
Cutting size changes: resolved by adjusting the settings of the cutting machine drive.
No floating function: It may be due to blocked air path, damaged fan, or blocked air source triple piece. The solution is to clear the air path and replace the fan.
Cannot return to the mechanical origin: The reason may be that the proximity switch for returning to the mechanical origin is damaged. The solution is to replace the origin switch.
Cannot limit positive and negative: The reason is that the positive and negative limit switches are damaged. The solution is to replace the limit switch with a new one.
The computer cannot find the board: usually caused by poor contact of the board. The solution is to remove the board from the PCI slot and re insert it tightly.
Servo overvoltage alarm: caused by incorrect connection of servo motor power supply and ground wire. The solution is to correct the wrong wire ends.
